Coffee Syrup with breakfast? This one is a no brainer. Add some to your French Toast (or pancake) mix, then top with either Coffee Syrup or, my fave, a 50/50 mix of Coffee and Maple Syrup.
INGREDIENTS
Heat griddle to med/hi heat.
Whisk together the eggs, cream, Coffee Syrup and cinnamon. Dip or soak bread pieces.
When ready to cook bread, melt some butter on the griddle (optional) and quickly place bread on, cooking each side until golden brown.
Drizzle with Coffee Syrup, Maple Syrup or - better yet - 50/50 blend of syrups!
