5-Minute Mocha Fudge

This recipe is so easy and delicious, it's almost criminal. In less than 5-minutes, you have a smooth fudge that gets a mocha flavor boost from Coffee Syrup. You can let it cool to harden - or just eat it right away, I won't tell!


5 MINUTE MOCHA FUDGE

  • 12 oz dark chocolate chips (2 cups) 
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk 
  • 4 Tbsp Coffee Syrup 
  • 4 Tbsp butter 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • [optional] 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans 
  • [optional] Maldon flaky sea salt

Combine chips, milk, Coffee Syrup, butter and vanilla in medium glass bowl. Heat in microwave for 90 seconds. Stir to combine, heat another 90 seconds (or less if you want a looser fudge). Stir again - fold in nuts if desired.  Pour into jars, bowls or cupcake liners. Chill at least 2 hours until firm (or not), sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.


TIPS - For creamier fudge that you can scoop into muffin papers and eat with a spoon, microwave for only about 20 seconds the second time.
