CINNAMON COFFEE SYRUP CROUTONS

Cinnamon Croutons made with Sweet & Cute Coffee Syrup

These sweet crunchy croutons are great straight up, but shine as a DELICIOUS topping on the Pumpkin Cream Soup.


INGREDIENTS

  • 8-10 slices of french baguette
  • 3 Tbsp Coffee Syrup
  • 4 Tbsp butter (1/2 stick) - softened
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon


Preheat the oven to 400°F


Line a baking sheet with parchment or silpat.


Stir together butter, Coffee Syrup and cinnamon until well combined. Butter each side of baguette slices with the Coffee Butter mixture. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool then cut into small squares/triangles.
