Coffee Syrup adds a delicious and subtle sweetness to this berry fruity Sangria.
- 1 bottle Pinot Grigio (or any wine of your preference), chilled (750-mL)
- 1/4 cup Coffee Syrup
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1 cup club soda
- juice of 1 lemon (or more to taste)
- Lots of sliced fruit (I added oranges, lemons, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries)
Stir everything together, let steep in fridge for a few hours or more (if you can wait). Drink responsibly.
