Sweet Café Bourbon

A delicious drink* created by Matt at Black Button Distilling using their Four-grain Bourbon and local Fee Brothers Bitters.

INGREDIENTS

• 1.5 oz Black Button Straight Four Grain Bourbon ⁣
• 3/4 oz Coffee Syrup⁣
• 3/4 oz honey syrup⁣**
• 3/4 oz lemon juice ⁣
• 2 dashes orange bitters⁣

Shake, serve in a martini glass⁣.

**To make honey syrup, heat equal parts honey and water until honey is dissolved. Let cool.
